Shipping

We ship within the US only.
Orders ship within 2 business days via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking, and usually arrive in 3–7 business days.
Shipping: raw books are $7.50 for the first plus $0.50 for each additional book. Graded slabs are $12 for the first plus $2 for each additional slab. In a mixed order, the first item is $12 if it includes a slab, then +$2 per extra slab and +$0.50 per extra raw book. Orders over $150 ship free.
Preorders: preorders are charged at checkout and ship after the book's release date. If your order includes a preorder, all items ship together once the latest preorder in the order is released. If the release is delayed or the publisher shorts our order, you can cancel for a full refund, and if we can't supply the book you'll be refunded automatically.
Every book ships bagged and boarded in a rigid mailer.
Once USPS marks a package delivered we're no longer responsible for it, but we're happy to help you file a claim.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the book doesn't match its listing (condition or wrong item) or arrived damaged.
Please contact us with photos first, before sending anything back.
Returned books must come back in the same condition, with the same bag and board.
If the problem was our mistake, we cover return shipping.
Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.
We can't accept returns for a change of mind.
Conditions are our honest assessment of ungraded books (not CGC/CBCS grades), and every listing's photos show the actual copy.
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. Just get in touch.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We use your name, address, email and phone only to fulfill and ship your order and to help with order support.
We share them only with Stripe and our shipping carrier/label service.
We never sell your data, and we don't send marketing emails unless you opt in.
Your cart is stored in your browser's localStorage. We don't use tracking cookies.
